We create a single folder called 'ShoeBox' in your Google Drive. We can only read and write files inside that folder - nothing else.
We create one Google Sheet to track your receipts and invoices. We only access that specific sheet â not any other spreadsheets you have.
Your photos, documents, other folders, emails, contacts â we cannot see any of it. The permission is scoped to only what we create.
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove ShoeBox in one click. Your data stays in your Drive â we just lose access.
